Each Platinum Homesite features the listing agent and their company prominently on each page of the Homesite by framing the information that you select to display. Your photograph, name, designations, company name, company logo and contact information will be part of the frame. Information and content appearing on the frame will be selected when you set up your Agent Account. By appearing on the frame of every page, you are positioned as the resource for luxury homes in your market.

While this product was designed and created for the luxury home market, any agent can use this unique and powerful marketing tool as a competitive advantage to get or market any listing. We have created a power point presentation on a CD that demonstrates the Homesite and shows the seller just how you will use the Homesite to create the ultimate marketing buzz and give his property world wide exposure. This presentation comes in an elegant platinum presentation box with the CD and a pocket for your marketing material.

No special software or hardware is required other than access to a computer that has a connection to the Internet. This is a web based program and can be accessed from any computer that has an Internet connection.

Building your homesite will be very easy even though the results of your efforts will be extraordinary. Each homesite has a simple check list of items that you can add to your site. Once an item is checked, it will be displayed to you as a template (a simple form to complete) or it will provide you with an opportunity to upload the photos, media or information from a file or link to another source.

No, you can add items to your Homesite as they become available. For example, you may want to begin your Homesite by adding photographs, a virtual tour or slide show, and a property description. Later, you may want to add a Survey, Homeowner's Association Documents, Tax Records, links to School websites or a media clip. Be creative! You can add the items or links that you want to include as they become available. Imagine how powerful it would be to display a media clip of your sellers describing what they love about their home and the characteristics about it and the neighborhood that motivated them to purchase it.

There are over 75 items that you can select from the list. In addition, there are blank pages that you can use to add your own items. The items are categorized by Photography and Media; Property Details; Seller's Information; Notices and Disclosures; Financing; Neighborhoods and Schools; City Links and Recreation; and Mapping and Directions. You can select Property Brochure, Floor Plan, Historical Notes, Articles and Press, Utility Records, Seller's Disclosure, List of Improvements, Mortgage Calculator, Estimated Closing Costs, Neighborhood Newsletter, Local Weather, Area Parks or a variety of other items depending on the strengths, merits and characteristics of your listing. The choice is yours! Each Homesite that you create will be unique and special.

Since the items that buyers most want to see are photographs of a home, there is no limit to the number of photos that you can post in your Homesite. You will also have the option to run them as a slide show or upload streaming video.

The program will resize your photographs for you when you submit them

Hot links will be provided to your personal website and/or your company website on the frame of each page if you select these options when you set up your Agent Account.

Most MLS listings have a place to enter a web address. This is an ideal place to enter the unique domain address for your Platinum Homesite. If there is a place to post a virtual tour, this is another ideal place to post your Platinum Homesite. Simply, enter the unique domain address for your listing.

You can easily link from programs or pages in those programs to which you currently subscribe or to other public sites to enhance your Platinum Homesite. Each property will have a unique portfolio of places that you want to link. The number of links is limited only by your imagination.

You can link from pages of any program or public site that you think would be of interest to a prospective buyer. For example, if you like the neighborhood information from e-Neighborhood, you could link the entire program or just specific pages in the program to enhance your listing. If you prepare a marketing e-flyer in another program, you may want to link it in the appropriate place in your Platinum Homesite rather than creating a new one. Maybe you want to include links to the public or private schools websites in the area. Or, perhaps there is a public site that offers information about the subdivision or a private club nearby. There may also be pages in your personal website or that of your company, that you want to include in your Platinum Homesite.

Drive people to your Platinum Homesite by printing the unique domain address on all of your printed advertising material, marketing cards, magazine ads, newspaper ads, MLS, REALTOR.com and in your personal website. E-mail a link to the Homesite to your database. E-mail the link to your Homesite in an invitation to a special event at the property. Feature the Homesite in your personal website and in your newsletter. Print small business cards with a photo of the home on the front with the web address across the bottom and your information on the back of the card. Order a sign rider for your real estate sign that displays the unique domain address. Neighbors all around your listing will take note of the innovative way that you are marketing their neighbor's home. The possibilities are limitless!

You can select any domain name that you would like for your Platinum Homesite, however, selecting the street address for that particular property let's your seller know that the focus of the site is his/her property, and it reinforces the geographical location of the property in the mind of the buyer.

Your Platinum Homesite is good for one year. You will have the ability to change the status of your listing to Pending or Sold when the status changes, but the Homesite will continue to be displayed for one year. Should your listing become inactive during this period or you wish to withdraw it for any reason, you will also have the ability to take it "off-line" for any period of time during your subscription.

You can only change the domain name by ordering a new Platinum Homesite.
